Beyond honored to have photographed the official first Wedding At The Punk Rock Museum in Vegas. Marisa & Matt came to Vegas from Philly to be the first couple to say “I do” at the brand new museum. Being punk fans, it was beyond exciting to christen the new place.
The museum opened just a few days before their wedding. They flew in the night before and flew out a friend from LA to officiate. After the special vows (with a little bit of Rancid lyrics mixed in) they got a drink at the Triple Down bar in a pringles can. Hung out a bit, checked out some of the exhibits and then headed outside for photos around the building and next door.
We played a little game of trying to hit the hanging shoes with the boquet and got “semi” totally nude in front of the strip club next door with the iconic wording on the side, “1000’s of beautiful girls and 3 ugly ones “.
Such a fun, special day, making history and memories.
