Sahara Hotel Wedding Alexandria Pool

Today I am sharing this Sahara Hotel Wedding at the Alexandria Pool.

Donna & Brad’s Story:

” We’re a fun loving couple from Australia who met on a dancefloor, and haven’t stopped dancing since. So what better place to get hitched than in Las Vegas! We travel around the world every year seeking out the endless tan and enjoy a drink probably too much. But life is here to live! “

This wedding day was so much fun. We started off setting up a first look at the Mirage for Donna & Brad. They really wanted to make sure to have time for photos, so we did all of this before the ceremony. After the first look we headed downtown. We spent a little over an hour downtown taking photos around Freemont Street. We even had time to grab a drink and “play” some slots.

The Ceremony & Wedding

The actual ceremony and wedding reception was held at the Sahara Hotel in the Alexandria Pool. The Sahara has been through quite a few name changes. Previously, it was called the Sahara. Then, it changed to the SLS. Now, it is back to the Sahara again.

The ceremony was held in the same place as the reception. On an outdoor patio style pool deck with modern decor. With some views and a large space to hold both the ceremony, dinner, and dancing.

The reception was one of the funnest I have been to recently. They provided the kids with little gift packs that had streamer wands and plenty of things to keep them happy and make for cool photos. They had a few floats for the pool, which the kids ended up dragging all over the dance floor and one even popped before the night was over.
