New Wedding Venues In Las Vegas That Are Not Casinos

One of the great things about Las Vegas is that it is always changing, always growing.  The wedding industry in Las Vegas has lucked out with the opening of a few new wedding venue locations that are sure to be popular among brides and grooms.  I have not had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at these locations but I would love to.  I have seen photographs from others and have fallen in love with some of these new options.  I am going to share a little bit of info on a few of these venues below.

Cool Las Vegas Wedding Venues

  1. Why Ranch: White horse youth ranch has been around for a bit, but only recently started offering weddings.  It is a 4 acre property dedicated to serving youth, families, and community using horses and nature.  It is a beautiful southwestern style ranch with horses and plenty of space for a beautiful wedding.  It is one of the few locations that offers the barn/ranch type of setting, and don’t forget that they have horses on the property.  Their site doesn’t currently have a whole lot of information but you can view what is there at http://www.whyranch.org/weddings
  2. The Industrial: This cool spot opened up just a few months ago.  It sits behind the strip on industrial road, just minutes from most hotels.  It is pretty much a blank canvas for your wedding.  It has indoor and outdoor areas for use.  It can fit up to 600 guests inside.  Great for the huge or small wedding of your dreams.  They have a liquor license which can be a huge bonus when using a location like this for your wedding.  They allow you to bring in your own vendors too.  That makes things so much easier when you have your heart set on using certain vendors like photographers, caterers, etc.  I think this place has huge potential and I cannot wait to photograph a wedding there. Visit there site at https://theindustrialvegas.com/
  3. Enclave: Enclave is a 75,000 square foot luxury event space in Las Vegas that just recently opened.  This place is huge.  They have a few options on rooms for weddings as well as an outdoor garden for ceremonies and a rooftop deck with views of the Strip.  This place is bound to be one of the new “it” venues in town due to the size and amenities they offer.  Visit their site at http://enclavelv.com/events/wedding-venue/
  4. Downtown Events:  This group of locations has been around for awhile but I only learned of them when I was setting up a shoot downtown.  One of my favorites of their locations is Place on 7th.  It is right in the heart of downtown (they all are actually) and has such a great vibe.  They have a wall that rolls up and allows seamless integration of indoor and outdoor space.  They have some fun bistro lights hung outside and even have a stage.  The inside has an industrial type look which is easy to transform into the space of your dreams.  There are lots of venues owned by this same group and so many of them have great attributes.  Check them out here http://dtlvevents.com/

That is all I am going to share for now, but as cool new venues open up I will post details about them.  Choosing the right venue for your Las Vegas wedding is one of the first and most important decisions you will make on your wedding day.
