<h2 data-section-id="eifu6b" data-start="398" data-end="464"><span role="text"><strong data-start="401" data-end="464">How to Plan a Las Vegas Elopement Without It Feeling Rushed</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="466" data-end="503">Las Vegas has a reputation for speed.</p>
<p data-start="505" data-end="623">Quick ceremonies. Fast timelines. Weddings compressed into a few hours before the next reservation, dinner, or flight.</p>
<p data-start="625" data-end="694">But a Las Vegas elopement doesn’t have to feel rushed to stay simple.</p>
<p data-start="696" data-end="824">In reality, the couples who enjoy the experience most are usually the ones who allow more space into the day, not more activity.</p>
<hr data-start="826" data-end="829" />
<h2 data-section-id="1rc4pvf" data-start="831" data-end="881"><span role="text"><strong data-start="834" data-end="881">Start With the Experience, Not the Timeline</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="883" data-end="963">One of the easiest ways for an elopement to feel rushed is planning it backward.</p>
<p data-start="965" data-end="990">Instead of starting with:</p>
<ul data-start="991" data-end="1066">
<li data-section-id="11exarn" data-start="991" data-end="1007">reservations</li>
<li data-section-id="iqpjgb" data-start="1008" data-end="1021">logistics</li>
<li data-section-id="zfrexi" data-start="1022" data-end="1066">how many locations fit into the schedule</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1068" data-end="1100">Start with a different question:</p>
<p data-start="1102" data-end="1134">How do you want the day to feel?</p>
<p data-start="1136" data-end="1207">Quiet and slow?<br data-start="1151" data-end="1154" />Playful and spontaneous?<br data-start="1178" data-end="1181" />Cinematic and atmospheric?</p>
<p data-start="1209" data-end="1317">Once that direction is clear, the timeline becomes easier to shape around it instead of fighting against it.</p>
<hr data-start="1319" data-end="1322" />
<h2 data-section-id="xey5zp" data-start="1324" data-end="1353"><span role="text"><strong data-start="1327" data-end="1353">Choose Fewer Locations</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="1355" data-end="1400">More locations rarely improve the experience.</p>
<p data-start="1402" data-end="1542">In Las Vegas especially, moving across the city too many times can quietly turn the day into constant transitions instead of actual moments.</p>
<p data-start="1544" data-end="1638">A smaller number of intentional locations almost always creates a stronger overall experience.</p>
<p data-start="1640" data-end="1656">That might mean:</p>
<ul data-start="1657" data-end="1752">
<li data-section-id="1lcni6t" data-start="1657" data-end="1682">one ceremony location</li>
<li data-section-id="tajakm" data-start="1683" data-end="1708">one portrait location</li>
<li data-section-id="2wdjka" data-start="1709" data-end="1752">one place to eat or celebrate afterward</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1754" data-end="1842">Enough movement to keep the day dynamic, but not so much that it starts feeling managed.</p>
<hr data-start="1844" data-end="1847" />
<h2 data-section-id="1n6pjn" data-start="1849" data-end="1883"><span role="text"><strong data-start="1852" data-end="1883">Leave Space Between Moments</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="1885" data-end="1941">Not every part of the day needs to be scheduled tightly.</p>
<p data-start="1943" data-end="1991">Some of the strongest moments happen in-between:</p>
<ul data-start="1992" data-end="2156">
<li data-section-id="12xe1wd" data-start="1992" data-end="2021">walking between locations</li>
<li data-section-id="jlnfw9" data-start="2022" data-end="2061">sitting together after the ceremony</li>
<li data-section-id="1stdorv" data-start="2062" data-end="2093">grabbing food late at night</li>
<li data-section-id="c9y1td" data-start="2094" data-end="2156">slowing down for a minute instead of immediately moving on</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="2158" data-end="2252">Those pauses are usually what make an intimate wedding feel personal instead of transactional.</p>
<hr data-start="2254" data-end="2257" />
<h2 data-section-id="1ijvsup" data-start="2259" data-end="2305"><span role="text"><strong data-start="2262" data-end="2305">Plan Around Light, Not Just Convenience</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="2307" data-end="2347">In Las Vegas, timing changes everything.</p>
<p data-start="2349" data-end="2506">Midday can feel harsh and fast-moving, especially outdoors. Late afternoon and evening naturally slow the pace because the environment itself becomes softer.</p>
<p data-start="2508" data-end="2650">Golden hour creates room for movement without pressure. Nighttime downtown elopements shift into something more cinematic and less structured.</p>
<p data-start="2652" data-end="2745">Good timing doesn’t just improve photos. It changes how the day feels while you’re inside it.</p>
<hr data-start="2747" data-end="2750" />
<h2 data-section-id="1utjvir" data-start="2752" data-end="2805"><span role="text"><strong data-start="2755" data-end="2805">Let the Day Stay Small if It Wants to Be Small</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="2807" data-end="2892">A smaller elopement doesn’t need to expand into a full production to feel meaningful.</p>
<p data-start="2894" data-end="2922">Some couples genuinely want:</p>
<ul data-start="2923" data-end="3064">
<li data-section-id="ox0wrj" data-start="2923" data-end="2943">a short ceremony</li>
<li data-section-id="1bs0lto" data-start="2944" data-end="2968">a few hours together</li>
<li data-section-id="1q6k3di" data-start="2969" data-end="2989">dinner afterward</li>
<li data-section-id="1scvrzk" data-start="2990" data-end="3064">space to enjoy the city without turning the day into an event schedule</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="3066" data-end="3126">That simplicity is not something that needs to be corrected.</p>
<p data-start="3128" data-end="3224">In many cases, it’s the reason the experience feels more emotionally present in the first place.</p>
<hr data-start="3226" data-end="3229" />
<h2 data-section-id="172irj9" data-start="3231" data-end="3287"><span role="text"><strong data-start="3234" data-end="3287">What Makes a Las Vegas Elopement Feel Intentional</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="3289" data-end="3418">The difference between a rushed elopement and an intentional one is usually not budget, styling, or the number of hours involved.</p>
<p data-start="3420" data-end="3432">It’s pacing.</p>
<p data-start="3434" data-end="3487">When the day has room to breathe, everything changes:</p>
<ul data-start="3488" data-end="3598">
<li data-section-id="1gctotd" data-start="3488" data-end="3517">conversations last longer</li>
<li data-section-id="jsuus7" data-start="3518" data-end="3545">transitions feel easier</li>
<li data-section-id="6ds1ga" data-start="3546" data-end="3598">moments happen naturally instead of being forced</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="3600" data-end="3793">That’s often what couples remember most afterward. Not the number of locations or the timeline itself, but the feeling that they were actually able to experience the day while it was happening.</p>
<hr data-start="3795" data-end="3798" />
<h2 data-section-id="1jvatow" data-start="3800" data-end="3840"><span role="text"><strong data-start="3803" data-end="3840">Planning Your Las Vegas Elopement</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="3842" data-end="3904">A Las Vegas elopement can move quickly without feeling rushed.</p>
<p data-start="3906" data-end="4016">The key is building the day around atmosphere and pacing instead of trying to fit as much into it as possible.</p>

<h2 data-section-id="7ucfhl" data-start="389" data-end="457"><span role="text"><strong data-start="392" data-end="457">When to Elope in Las Vegas: Best Seasons, Weather, and Timing</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="459" data-end="515">Las Vegas changes quickly depending on the time of year.</p>
<p data-start="517" data-end="560">Not just in temperature, but in atmosphere.</p>
<p data-start="562" data-end="795">The same location can feel expansive and quiet one month, then crowded and harsh the next. Light shifts. The pace of the city changes. Even the way an elopement moves through the day can feel completely different depending on timing.</p>
<p data-start="797" data-end="901">If you’re planning a Las Vegas elopement, choosing when to do it matters just as much as choosing <a href="https://jamiey.com/best-places-to-elope-in-las-vegas/">where</a>.</p>
<hr data-start="903" data-end="906" />
<h2 data-section-id="85p6u1" data-start="908" data-end="945"><span role="text"><strong data-start="911" data-end="945">Spring Elopements in Las Vegas</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="947" data-end="1010">Spring is one of the most balanced times to elope in Las Vegas.</p>
<p data-start="1012" data-end="1174">The weather is generally comfortable, desert landscapes feel more alive, and outdoor ceremonies become easier to plan without working around extreme temperatures.</p>
<p data-start="1176" data-end="1380">Light in spring tends to stay softer for longer, especially later in the afternoon. That combination makes it one of the strongest seasons for couples wanting a more relaxed, visually grounded experience.</p>
<p data-start="1382" data-end="1486">This is also one of the busier times for tourism and weddings, so planning ahead becomes more important.</p>
<hr data-start="1488" data-end="1491" />
<h2 data-section-id="xaj921" data-start="1493" data-end="1530"><span role="text"><strong data-start="1496" data-end="1530">Summer Elopements in Las Vegas</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="1532" data-end="1563">Summer in Las Vegas is intense.</p>
<p data-start="1565" data-end="1704">Midday heat can shift the pace of the entire day, especially for outdoor locations like <a href="https://jamiey.com/red-rock-canyon-elopement-guide/">Red Rock Canyon</a> or the desert surrounding the city.</p>
<p data-start="1706" data-end="1790">That doesn’t mean summer elopements don’t work. They just need a different approach.</p>
<p data-start="1792" data-end="2019">Earlier ceremony times, slower pacing, and intentionally avoiding the hottest part of the day become important. Nighttime elopements also take on a completely different energy during summer, especially downtown or on the Strip.</p>
<p data-start="2021" data-end="2080">The city feels louder, brighter, and more alive after dark.</p>
<hr data-start="2082" data-end="2085" />
<h2 data-section-id="1caea27" data-start="2087" data-end="2122"><span role="text"><strong data-start="2090" data-end="2122">Fall Elopements in Las Vegas</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="2124" data-end="2190">Fall is often the most requested season for a Las Vegas elopement.</p>
<p data-start="2192" data-end="2361">Temperatures become more manageable again, sunsets deepen, and outdoor locations feel more comfortable without losing the warmth that makes the desert visually distinct.</p>
<p data-start="2363" data-end="2431">This is usually the season where Las Vegas feels the most cinematic.</p>
<p data-start="2433" data-end="2535">Golden hour lasts longer, tones become richer, and evening ceremonies naturally feel more atmospheric.</p>
<p data-start="2537" data-end="2666">For couples wanting a balance between comfortable weather and strong visual conditions, fall tends to offer the most flexibility.</p>
<hr data-start="2668" data-end="2671" />
<h2 data-section-id="1feot4r" data-start="2673" data-end="2710"><span role="text"><strong data-start="2676" data-end="2710">Winter Elopements in Las Vegas</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="2712" data-end="2743">Winter in Las Vegas is quieter.</p>
<p data-start="2745" data-end="2873">Crowds ease slightly after the holidays, temperatures cool down, and the city takes on a calmer pace compared to spring or fall.</p>
<p data-start="2875" data-end="3018">The desert also changes visually during winter. Light becomes softer and less intense, which can create a more muted, editorial feel in photos.</p>
<p data-start="3020" data-end="3142">While evenings can get cold, winter elopements often feel more intimate because of the slower atmosphere surrounding them.</p>
<p data-start="3144" data-end="3275">For couples who prefer quieter environments and softer light, winter can be one of the most underrated times to elope in Las Vegas.</p>
<hr data-start="3277" data-end="3280" />
<h2 data-section-id="1qbic7f" data-start="3282" data-end="3331"><span role="text"><strong data-start="3285" data-end="3331">The Best Time of Day to Elope in Las Vegas</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="3333" data-end="3396">Season matters, but timing within the day matters just as much.</p>
<p data-start="3398" data-end="3570">Midday light in Las Vegas can feel harsh and unforgiving, especially in open desert environments. Early morning and late afternoon create a completely different atmosphere.</p>
<p data-start="3572" data-end="3604">Sunrise elopements tend to feel:</p>
<ul data-start="3605" data-end="3650">
<li data-section-id="15xian7" data-start="3605" data-end="3616">quieter</li>
<li data-section-id="o5o2z4" data-start="3617" data-end="3633">more private</li>
<li data-section-id="nzwdhn" data-start="3634" data-end="3650">slower paced</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="3652" data-end="3675">Sunset elopements feel:</p>
<ul data-start="3676" data-end="3731">
<li data-section-id="596u5y" data-start="3676" data-end="3686">warmer</li>
<li data-section-id="gj6v4e" data-start="3687" data-end="3705">more cinematic</li>
<li data-section-id="t1bbjy" data-start="3706" data-end="3731">more visually layered</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="3733" data-end="3867">Nighttime ceremonies shift again entirely, especially downtown where neon, movement, and shadow become part of the environment itself.</p>
<p data-start="3869" data-end="3968">The best timing depends less on trends and more on the type of experience you want the day to have.</p>
<hr data-start="3970" data-end="3973" />
<h2 data-section-id="8ksx3o" data-start="3975" data-end="4029"><span role="text"><strong data-start="3978" data-end="4029">How to Choose the Right Time for Your Elopement</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="4031" data-end="4136">The best time to elope in Las Vegas is ultimately the time that aligns with how you want the day to feel.</p>
<p data-start="4138" data-end="4156">Some couples want:</p>
<ul data-start="4157" data-end="4228">
<li data-section-id="rblrl4" data-start="4157" data-end="4182">quiet desert mornings</li>
<li data-section-id="lrp98r" data-start="4183" data-end="4204">soft winter light</li>
<li data-section-id="ch072v" data-start="4205" data-end="4228">a slower atmosphere</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="4230" data-end="4242">Others want:</p>
<ul data-start="4243" data-end="4313">
<li data-section-id="721hpq" data-start="4243" data-end="4258">warm nights</li>
<li data-section-id="nxnwqi" data-start="4259" data-end="4278">downtown energy</li>
<li data-section-id="1nh8rft" data-start="4279" data-end="4313">movement and noise around them</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="4315" data-end="4375">Neither is better. They simply create different experiences.</p>
<p data-start="4377" data-end="4470">The key is planning around the feeling you want first, instead of only focusing on logistics.</p>
<hr data-start="4472" data-end="4475" />
<h2 data-section-id="1jvatow" data-start="4477" data-end="4517"><span role="text"><strong data-start="4480" data-end="4517">Planning Your Las Vegas Elopement</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="4519" data-end="4636">Timing shapes more than just weather. It influences pacing, atmosphere, light, and how the entire experience unfolds.</p>

<p data-start="617" data-end="675">Just outside the city, Red Rock Canyon feels like a shift.</p>
<p data-start="677" data-end="804">The noise drops. The pace changes. The landscape opens in a way that makes everything feel more grounded and less performative.</p>
<p data-start="806" data-end="951">For couples planning a Las Vegas elopement but wanting something quieter and more intentional, Red Rock Canyon is often where that shift happens.</p>
<hr data-start="953" data-end="956" />
<h2 data-section-id="w0oh8s" data-start="958" data-end="1003"><span role="text"><strong data-start="961" data-end="1003">Why Choose a Red Rock Canyon Elopement</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="1005" data-end="1097">A Red Rock Canyon elopement offers something Las Vegas itself doesn’t always provide: space.</p>
<p data-start="1099" data-end="1201">Space to move without pressure.<br data-start="1130" data-end="1133" />Space to slow down.<br data-start="1152" data-end="1155" />Space to actually experience what’s happening.</p>
<p data-start="1203" data-end="1372">The tones are natural and muted. The scale is expansive without feeling overwhelming. Nothing competes for attention, which is exactly what allows the moment to hold it.</p>
<p data-start="1374" data-end="1495">This is what makes Red Rock especially suited for couples who are drawn to something more editorial and less traditional.</p>
<p data-start="1374" data-end="1495"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22835" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/vegas-5-658x439.jpg" alt="red rock canyon elopement" width="658" height="439" /></p>
<hr data-start="1497" data-end="1500" />
<h2 data-section-id="1l2lh80" data-start="1502" data-end="1562"><span role="text"><strong data-start="1505" data-end="1562">Permits and Logistics for a Red Rock Canyon Elopement</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="1564" data-end="1663">Planning a Red Rock Canyon elopement is relatively simple, but there are a few details that matter.</p>
<p data-start="1665" data-end="1801">A permit is required to hold a ceremony within the conservation area. This should be secured in advance, especially during peak seasons.</p>
<p data-start="1803" data-end="2000">There are also designated ceremony locations, each with slightly different access points and visual characteristics. Some are more open and expansive, while others offer more structure and framing.</p>
<p data-start="2002" data-end="2121">Timing plays a role here as well. Entry into the park, light conditions, and visitor flow all affect how the day moves.</p>
<p data-start="2123" data-end="2274">This is where having someone familiar with the landscape helps—not just for logistics, but for pacing the experience in a way that doesn’t feel rushed.</p>
<p data-start="2123" data-end="2274"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22836" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/vegas-6-658x439.jpg" alt="red rock canyon elopement" width="658" height="439" /></p>
<hr data-start="2276" data-end="2279" />
<h2 data-section-id="1id1h5l" data-start="2281" data-end="2329"><span role="text"><strong data-start="2284" data-end="2329">Best Time for a Red Rock Canyon Elopement</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="2331" data-end="2359">Light defines this location.</p>
<p data-start="2361" data-end="2443">Early morning brings quiet and softness. The desert feels still, almost untouched.</p>
<p data-start="2445" data-end="2593">Evening, especially near sunset, creates something more cinematic. The tones deepen, the shadows lengthen, and the landscape takes on more contrast.</p>
<p data-start="2595" data-end="2770">Spring and fall are the most balanced in terms of temperature. Summer can be intense, particularly in the afternoon, while winter offers cooler air and a more subdued palette.</p>
<p data-start="2772" data-end="2863"><a href="https://jamiey.com/when-to-elope-in-las-vegas/">Choosing the right time</a> isn’t just about comfort. It shapes how the entire elopement feels.</p>
<p data-start="2772" data-end="2863"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22837" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/vegas-8-439x658.jpg" alt="red rock canyon elopement" width="439" height="658" /></p>
<hr data-start="2865" data-end="2868" />
<h2 data-section-id="1a4g5uo" data-start="2870" data-end="2922"><span role="text"><strong data-start="2873" data-end="2922">What a Red Rock Elopement Actually Feels Like</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="2924" data-end="3013">This is the part that’s harder to explain, but it’s usually the reason couples choose it.</p>
<p data-start="3015" data-end="3074">A Red Rock Canyon elopement doesn’t feel like a production.</p>
<p data-start="3076" data-end="3188">There’s no constant movement, no pressure to perform, no sense of being watched. The day unfolds more naturally.</p>
<p data-start="3190" data-end="3239">Moments aren’t rushed. Transitions aren’t forced.</p>
<p data-start="3241" data-end="3351">It feels quieter. More present. More like something you’re experiencing rather than something you’re managing.</p>
<p data-start="3353" data-end="3455">And that difference carries through everything—from how the photos look to how the day stays with you.</p>
<p data-start="3353" data-end="3455"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22838" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/vegas-9-658x439.jpg" alt="red rock canyon elopement" width="658" height="439" /></p>
<hr data-start="3457" data-end="3460" />
<h2 data-section-id="c7g2cq" data-start="3462" data-end="3505"><span role="text"><strong data-start="3465" data-end="3505">Planning a Red Rock Canyon Elopement</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="3507" data-end="3582">A Red Rock Canyon elopement works best when it’s approached with intention.</p>
<p data-start="3584" data-end="3616">Not overplanned, but considered.</p>
<p data-start="3618" data-end="3728">The right location within the park.<br data-start="3653" data-end="3656" />The right time of day.<br data-start="3678" data-end="3681" />A pace that allows space instead of filling it.</p>
<p data-start="3730" data-end="3846">For couples who want something minimal but still visually strong, this setting makes that balance easier to achieve.</p>
<p data-start="3848" data-end="4002">If you’re planning a Las Vegas elopement and feel pulled toward something quieter and more grounded, Red Rock is often where that direction becomes clear.</p>
<p data-start="3848" data-end="4002"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22839" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/vegas-10-439x658.jpg" alt="red rock canyon elopement" width="439" height="658" /> <img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22840" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/vegas-11-439x658.jpg" alt="red rock canyon elopement" width="439" height="658" /> <img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22842" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/vegas-26-658x439.jpg" alt="red rock canyon elopement" width="658" height="439" /> <img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22843" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/vegas-33-439x658.jpg" alt="red rock canyon elopement" width="439" height="658" /> <img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22844" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/vegas-35-439x658.jpg" alt="red rock canyon elopement" width="439" height="658" /></p>

<p data-start="592" data-end="672">Las Vegas offers more options than most cities when it comes to getting married.</p>
<p data-start="674" data-end="708">But not all of them feel the same.</p>
<p data-start="710" data-end="870">Some lean fast, bright, and transactional. Others, if chosen carefully, feel quiet, cinematic, and intentionally removed from the typical idea of a Vegas wedding.</p>
<p data-start="872" data-end="1016">If you’re planning a Las Vegas elopement and want something more grounded, these are the places that tend to create a very different experience.</p>
<hr data-start="1018" data-end="1021" />
<h2 data-section-id="7imtbu" data-start="1023" data-end="1063"><span role="text"><strong data-start="1026" data-end="1063">Best Places to Elope in Las Vegas</strong></span></h2>
<h3 data-section-id="gkh16d" data-start="1065" data-end="1098"><span role="text"><strong data-start="1069" data-end="1098">Red Rock Canyon Elopement</strong></span></h3>
<p data-start="1100" data-end="1185">Just outside the city, <a href="https://jamiey.com/red-rock-canyon-elopement-guide/">Red Rock Canyon</a> is the most natural shift away from the noise.</p>
<p data-start="1187" data-end="1358">The landscape is open, textured, and understated in a way that doesn’t compete with the moment. It gives you space to move, to pause, to actually take in what’s happening.</p>
<p data-start="1360" data-end="1474">This is where a Las Vegas elopement starts to feel less like a quick decision and more like something intentional.</p>
<p data-start="1476" data-end="1505">It works especially well for:</p>
<ul data-start="1506" data-end="1608">
<li data-section-id="1x5n3kw" data-start="1506" data-end="1527">sunset ceremonies</li>
<li data-section-id="1u75k1l" data-start="1528" data-end="1547">minimal styling</li>
<li data-section-id="1mvklwn" data-start="1548" data-end="1608">couples who want quiet without sacrificing visual impact</li>
</ul>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-17197" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/red-rock-wedding-8.jpg" alt="Red Rock Canyon All Inclusive Elopement" width="658" height="438" srcset="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/red-rock-wedding-8.jpg 658w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/red-rock-wedding-8-480x320.jpg 480w" sizes="(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 658px, 100vw" /></p>
<hr data-start="1610" data-end="1613" />
<h3 data-section-id="ko94b4" data-start="1615" data-end="1666"><span role="text"><strong data-start="1619" data-end="1666">Downtown Las Vegas Elopement (Fremont Area)</strong></span></h3>
<p data-start="1668" data-end="1815">Downtown carries a different kind of energy, slightly chaotic, but visually layered in a way that can feel cinematic when approached with restraint.</p>
<p data-start="1817" data-end="1849">Neon, texture, shadow, movement.</p>
<p data-start="1851" data-end="1964">It’s not about capturing everything. It’s about choosing the right pockets and letting them frame the experience.</p>
<p data-start="1966" data-end="2099">For couples who want something expressive, a downtown Las Vegas elopement can feel more like a film still than a traditional wedding.</p>
<p data-start="1966" data-end="2099"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22815" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/vegas-wedding-photographer-5-658x439.jpg" alt="downtown las vegas elopement" width="658" height="439" /></p>
<hr data-start="2101" data-end="2104" />
<h3 data-section-id="caa3ys" data-start="2527" data-end="2569"><span role="text"><strong data-start="2531" data-end="2569">Desert Locations Outside Las Vegas</strong></span></h3>
<p data-start="2571" data-end="2663">Beyond Red Rock, there are less-defined desert areas that offer something even more minimal.</p>
<p data-start="2665" data-end="2711">No crowds. No structure. Just space and light.</p>
<p data-start="2713" data-end="2814">These locations tend to feel the most editorial almost removed from the idea of a “wedding” entirely.</p>
<p data-start="2816" data-end="2940">For couples drawn to something quieter and more stripped back, this is often where the experience becomes the most personal.  Such as Valley of Fire, Cactus Joes, or The Dry Lake Bed.</p>
<p data-start="2816" data-end="2940"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-21814" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/cactus-joes-wedding-26.jpg" alt="cactus joes desert wedding" width="658" height="439" srcset="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/cactus-joes-wedding-26.jpg 658w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/cactus-joes-wedding-26-480x320.jpg 480w" sizes="(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 658px, 100vw" /></p>
<p data-start="2816" data-end="2940"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22830" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/vegas-41-658x439.jpg" alt="" width="658" height="439" /></p>
<hr data-start="2942" data-end="2945" />
<h3 data-section-id="11t0v4r" data-start="2947" data-end="2990"><span role="text"><strong data-start="2951" data-end="2990">Private Estates and Boutique Venues</strong></span></h3>
<p data-start="2992" data-end="3092">For a balance between intimacy and structure, private venues create a different kind of environment.</p>
<p data-start="3094" data-end="3146">There’s control over pacing, design, and atmosphere.</p>
<p data-start="3148" data-end="3218">Candlelight. A table set intentionally. Space for a slow dinner after.</p>
<p data-start="3220" data-end="3320">This is where an intimate wedding in Las Vegas can feel fully curated without becoming overproduced.</p>
<hr data-start="3322" data-end="3325" />
<h2 data-section-id="wxv4c6" data-start="3327" data-end="3376"><span role="text"><strong data-start="3330" data-end="3376">How to Choose the Right Elopement Location</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="3378" data-end="3507">The best places to elope in Las Vegas aren’t just about how they look—they’re about how they <em data-start="3471" data-end="3506">allow you to move through the day</em>.</p>
<p data-start="3509" data-end="3558">A few things that matter more than people expect:</p>
<p data-start="3560" data-end="3638"><strong data-start="3560" data-end="3581">Privacy vs energy</strong><br data-start="3581" data-end="3584" />Do you want quiet, or do you want movement around you?</p>
<p data-start="3640" data-end="3713"><strong data-start="3640" data-end="3655">Time of day</strong><br data-start="3655" data-end="3658" />Light changes everything here—especially in the desert.</p>
<p data-start="3715" data-end="3800"><strong data-start="3715" data-end="3725">Pacing</strong><br data-start="3725" data-end="3728" />Some locations allow you to slow down. Others naturally speed things up.</p>
<p data-start="3802" data-end="3890"><strong data-start="3802" data-end="3822">Visual restraint</strong><br data-start="3822" data-end="3825" />The strongest locations don’t compete for attention—they hold it.</p>
<p data-start="3892" data-end="4038">Choosing the right setting isn’t about picking the most popular option. It’s about choosing the one that aligns with how you want the day to feel.</p>
<hr data-start="4040" data-end="4043" />
<h2 data-section-id="8xkluu" data-start="4045" data-end="4078"><span role="text"><strong data-start="4048" data-end="4078">When to Elope in Las Vegas</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="4080" data-end="4126">Timing has more influence than location alone.</p>
<p data-start="4128" data-end="4336">Spring and fall tend to offer the most comfortable conditions, especially for outdoor ceremonies. Summer can be intense, particularly in desert environments, while winter brings softer light and fewer crowds.</p>
<p data-start="4338" data-end="4391">Beyond seasons, the time of day matters just as much.</p>
<p data-start="4393" data-end="4498">Early mornings feel quiet and open.<br data-start="4428" data-end="4431" />Evenings, especially near sunset, create a more cinematic atmosphere.</p>
<p data-start="4500" data-end="4617">The difference between midday and golden hour in Las Vegas isn’t subtle. It shapes the entire tone of the experience.  The harshness and heat of the summer sun can make for an uncomfortable ceremony and photo shoot.</p>
<hr data-start="4619" data-end="4622" />
<h2 data-section-id="15mienb" data-start="4624" data-end="4645"><span role="text"><strong data-start="4627" data-end="4645">Final Thoughts</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="4647" data-end="4702">Las Vegas gives you flexibility that most places don’t.</p>
<p data-start="4704" data-end="4787">You can choose something iconic, something minimal, or something entirely your own.</p>
<p data-start="4789" data-end="5000">But the best places to elope in Las Vegas are rarely the most obvious ones. They’re the ones that allow space—for presence, for movement, and for a version of the day that doesn’t feel like it’s being performed.</p>
<hr data-start="5002" data-end="5005" />
<h2 data-section-id="1jvatow" data-start="5007" data-end="5047"><span role="text"><strong data-start="5010" data-end="5047">Planning Your Las Vegas Elopement</strong></span></h2>
<p data-start="5049" data-end="5192">If you’re in the early stages of planning a Las Vegas elopement, location is only one part of it, but it’s the part that shapes everything else.</p>
<p data-start="5194" data-end="5347">For couples drawn to a more intentional, editorial approach, the right setting makes it easier to create a day that feels natural rather than structured.</p>

<p data-start="563" data-end="628">Less spectacle. More intention.<br data-start="594" data-end="597" />Less production. More presence.</p>
<p data-start="630" data-end="811">A Las Vegas elopement today doesn’t have to feel rushed, loud, or transactional. In the right setting, with the right approach, it can feel cinematic, grounded, and deeply personal.</p>
<p data-start="813" data-end="933">This guide isn’t about the quickest way to get married.<br data-start="868" data-end="871" />It’s about how to do it in a way that actually feels like you.</p>
<p data-start="813" data-end="933"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-22702" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/vegas-26-658x439.jpg" alt="hellvis wedding in las vegas" width="658" height="439" /></p>
<hr data-start="935" data-end="938" />
<h2 data-section-id="1jfzzv8" data-start="940" data-end="983">What a Las Vegas Elopement Really Is Now</h2>
<p data-start="985" data-end="1100">The idea of a “Vegas wedding” is still stuck in old imagery—chapels, bright lights, spontaneity for the sake of it.</p>
<p data-start="1102" data-end="1192">But most couples planning a Las Vegas elopement now are choosing something very different:</p>
<ul data-start="1194" data-end="1337">
<li data-section-id="zvtlnm" data-start="1194" data-end="1232">Fewer people (or no guests at all)</li>
<li data-section-id="1myoao4" data-start="1233" data-end="1257">Thoughtful locations</li>
<li data-section-id="scmuwu" data-start="1258" data-end="1293">A slower, more intentional pace</li>
<li data-section-id="1cr5ovv" data-start="1294" data-end="1337">Space to actually experience the moment</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1339" data-end="1456">It’s not about escaping tradition just to be different.<br data-start="1394" data-end="1397" />It’s about removing everything that doesn’t feel necessary.</p>
<p data-start="1458" data-end="1584">That’s why intimate weddings in Las Vegas have become so appealing—they allow you to keep what matters and let go of the rest.</p>
<p data-start="1458" data-end="1584"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-22340" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/commonwealth-vegas-wedding-22.jpg" alt="dry lake bed elopement las vegas" width="658" height="438" srcset="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/commonwealth-vegas-wedding-22.jpg 658w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/commonwealth-vegas-wedding-22-480x320.jpg 480w" sizes="(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 658px, 100vw" /></p>

<h2 data-section-id="nsf7wf" data-start="1591" data-end="1621">Where to Elope in Las Vegas</h2>
<p data-start="1623" data-end="1685">Location shapes everything. Not just visually—but emotionally.</p>

<p data-start="2966" data-end="3010">This part is easier than most people expect.</p>
<h3 data-section-id="ckoty3" data-start="3012" data-end="3032">Marriage License</h3>

<li data-section-id="1e85xyn" data-start="3129" data-end="3209">Can be performed almost anywhere (with proper permits depending on location)</li>

<ul data-start="3253" data-end="3330">

<li data-section-id="10j77es" data-start="3291" data-end="3330">Some public areas have restrictions</li>

<p data-start="3332" data-end="3504">This is where working with a Las Vegas elopement photographer who understands the landscape matters—because timing, light, and location logistics all affect the experience.</p>

<h2 data-section-id="4j4lbj" data-start="3511" data-end="3546">What a Las Vegas Elopement Costs</h2>
<p data-start="3548" data-end="3640">There’s no single number, but there <em data-start="3584" data-end="3588">is</em> a realistic range depending on how you approach it.</p>
<h3 data-section-id="ii56ii" data-start="3642" data-end="3678">Minimal (simple, short coverage)</h3>
<ul data-start="3679" data-end="3696">

<h3 data-section-id="174hcsn" data-start="3698" data-end="3752">Intentional, well-designed elopement (most common)</h3>
<ul data-start="3753" data-end="3770">
<li data-section-id="1mwppz" data-start="3753" data-end="3770">$4,000–$8,000</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-section-id="1y26o91" data-start="3772" data-end="3838">Fully curated experience (location, design, extended coverage)</h3>
<ul data-start="3839" data-end="3850">
<li data-section-id="f6zp4z" data-start="3839" data-end="3850">$8,000+</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="3852" data-end="3894">What shifts the cost isn’t just time—it’s:</p>
<ul data-start="3895" data-end="3960">
<li data-section-id="1emawr7" data-start="3895" data-end="3917">level of intention</li>
<li data-section-id="188va6p" data-start="3918" data-end="3937">location access</li>
<li data-section-id="1im3m8z" data-start="3938" data-end="3960">styling and pacing</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="3962" data-end="4077">The difference between a quick ceremony and a fully realized intimate wedding is not just visual—it’s experiential.</p>
<hr data-start="4079" data-end="4082" />
<h2 data-section-id="16sr3eu" data-start="4084" data-end="4139">What It Actually Feels Like (This Part Matters Most)</h2>
<p data-start="4141" data-end="4187">This is the part most guides don’t talk about.</p>
<p data-start="4189" data-end="4280">A well-paced Las Vegas elopement doesn’t feel rushed.<br data-start="4242" data-end="4245" />It doesn’t feel like a performance.</p>
<p data-start="4282" data-end="4391">It feels quiet in the right moments.<br data-start="4318" data-end="4321" />It feels grounded.<br data-start="4339" data-end="4342" />It feels like time expands instead of compresses.</p>
<p data-start="4393" data-end="4410">There’s space to:</p>
<ul data-start="4411" data-end="4507">
<li data-section-id="17zgsi4" data-start="4411" data-end="4436">take in where you are</li>
<li data-section-id="z03ayo" data-start="4437" data-end="4462">feel what’s happening</li>
<li data-section-id="lzmemr" data-start="4463" data-end="4507">move without being directed every second</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="4509" data-end="4586">And that changes everything—not just how it looks, but how it stays with you.</p>
<hr data-start="4588" data-end="4591" />
<h2 data-section-id="1gr72ow" data-start="4593" data-end="4635">Is a Las Vegas Elopement Right for You?</h2>
<p data-start="4637" data-end="4654">It usually is if:</p>
<ul data-start="4656" data-end="4848">
<li data-section-id="wjmzs8" data-start="4656" data-end="4714">You care more about the experience than the production</li>
<li data-section-id="13ttvuv" data-start="4715" data-end="4774">You want something visually strong but emotionally real</li>
<li data-section-id="6x908h" data-start="4775" data-end="4848">You’re not interested in performing your wedding for a large audience</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="4850" data-end="4871">It’s probably not if:</p>
<ul data-start="4872" data-end="4967">
<li data-section-id="wefa6r" data-start="4872" data-end="4915">You want a highly traditional structure</li>
<li data-section-id="ukj47b" data-start="4916" data-end="4967">You’re planning around large guest expectations</li>
</ul>
<hr data-start="4969" data-end="4972" />
<h2 data-section-id="qydd1w" data-start="4974" data-end="4990">Final Thought</h2>
<p data-start="4992" data-end="5038">Las Vegas gives you options most places don’t.</p>
<p data-start="5040" data-end="5134">You can have something minimal or something layered.<br data-start="5092" data-end="5095" />Something quiet or something cinematic.</p>
<p data-start="5136" data-end="5192">But the best elopements here aren’t defined by the city.</p>
<p data-start="5194" data-end="5277">They’re defined by restraint, intention, and the willingness to do it your own way.</p>
<hr data-start="5279" data-end="5282" />
<h2 data-section-id="1br7cp2" data-start="5284" data-end="5324">Planning Your Own Las Vegas Elopement</h2>
<p data-start="5326" data-end="5518">If you’re in the early stages of planning an intimate wedding in Las Vegas, the process doesn’t have to feel overwhelming—but it does benefit from having the right guidance from the beginning.</p>
<p data-start="5520" data-end="5660">A <a href="https://jamiey.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Las Vegas elopement photographer</a> isn’t just documenting the day—they’re often helping shape the pacing, location flow, and overall experience.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Up until September 1, 2020 you will receive complimentary printed engagement photos for each box that you order. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8220;Jonathan and Emma had a beautiful neutral wedding planned for this spring in Las Vegas. Due to COVID 19 and the shutdown of Las Vegas, they decided to elope and invite their immediate family and wedding party to a Zoom Virtual Ceremony. Guests received their box two days prior in preparation for their wedding. Jonathan and Emma’s celebration box included an invite, ceremony program, USB inclusive of pre recorded speeches, toasts and top ten must play songs, rice to toss, confetti to throw, a menu with recipes provided by their chef, olive oil and spices, a sugar cookie designed to match their vision of their wedding cake and a playing card favor they couldn’t wait to share with their friends and family. Local guests also received a floral arrangement designed and provided by their wedding day florist.&#8221;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you decide to order one, and I hope you do, let me know and I will see if I can go take some photos of your creation before it ships out. </p>

<p>How Do I Book Neon Museum Wedding? You may have noticed that I photograph weddings and other types of photo shoots at the Neon Museum quite often.  I receive quite a few inquiries for weddings or sessions there and am almost always asked how to go about booking it. So, I thought I would help share that information by explaining the process here.</p>
<p>First, a little about the museum.  The Neon Museum is a really cool museum that houses quite a collection of Neon from Las Vegas&#8217;s history.  There are pieces from way way back in the day alongside other pieces that are not quite so old.</p>
<p>It has grown and changed in so many ways since it has been around.  I remember my first visit there 10 years ago and it was inside a totally different building and the grounds were unorganized and filled with broken glass.  In recent years it has quite an upgrade and continues to add more space and improvements to the grounds.</p>
<p>As of this blog post, there are 3 lots with signs, there is an office lobby, as well as an amazing gift shop.  The main lot is the largest lot and houses the most signs.  The North lot is the 2nd largest and is booked equally as much as the main lot.  The last lot is the newest and it is called The Boulevard gallery.</p>
<p>The Neon Museum allows booking of photo shoots, weddings and events.  Different lots have different options for time and space.  You can book photo shoots for 30 or 60 minute sessions.  Weddings can be booked as ceremony only or as a full ceremony and reception site.  They have lots of options to fit almost any desire you have.  For larger events and/or weddings, it is necessary for you to discuss everything with them directly for pricing and options.  For smaller elopements or photo shoots, it is pretty straight forward.</p>
<p>Photo shoots can be booked for 30 minutes or 60.  Ceremonies are allowed 30 minutes total, including the ceremony and any portraits you can fit in.  They do allow you to add on another 30 minutes to the time for more portraits afterwards.  I believe that prices for photo shoots at the time of this blog post start at $250 for 30 minutes.</p>
<p>So, if you are asking, How Do I Book Neon Museum Wedding Or Photo shoot?  The answer is directly through them via their website.  The museum likes to book directly with the person(s)  that are being photographed.  They have a very simple contact form on their website to inquire about and start the booking process.  The booking inquiry form can be visited <a href="https://www.neonmuseum.org/visit/book-a-photo-shoot" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">here</a>.  You will communicate with them directly and also pay the deposit to hold your date through them.</p>
<p>The first and most important question you should be asking is if your date is available.  This museum is a working museum and they do have tours throughout the day.  Tickets are sold a certain amount of time in advance for these tours, so last minute bookings are not always possible.</p>
<p>Typically, you will have the lot to yourself for a photo shoot.  However, there are times when you will be in the lot with a tour for a small photo shoot.  This occurs at times in the main lot, you will be restricted to one half of the lot and then switch when the tour is ready.</p>
<p>Below are a few photos from weddings and sessions that took place at the Neon Museum.  Under the photo is mention of the specific lot those signs are in.  Also you will find a few links to examples of weddings at the museum at the end.</p>
<p>For further information, you can reach the Neon Museum&#8217;s website by clicking <a href="https://www.neonmuseum.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">here</a>.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Times, they are a changing. And with that, wedding gift giving has changed as well.  Back in the day, it was pretty easy to buy gifts for weddings.  Gifts were typically always purchased from a registry or cash was given.  In this changing world, more and more couples are living together before marriage and possibly even becoming homeowners before they say I do.  If the engaged couple already has a home, there isn&#8217;t as much need for most of the original registry items.  These are just some of the reasons why wedding guests often have trouble figuring out what to buy for wedding gifts.</p>
<p>Setting up a wedding registry is a fun experience for soon to be married couples.  They often put a lot of time and thought into picking out the perfect items for their home and new life together.  Always check and see if there is a registry set up.  If so, and you want to buy a non-cash gift, opt for something on the registry.  This way the couple gets some of those coveted items they spent time deciding on.  If you want to buy something different and personal, please do.  Just keep the registry in mind and don&#8217;t buy a different version of something they picked for the registry.  Most registries allow for the items to be shipped directly to the couple so you don&#8217;t have to worry about carrying anything extra to the wedding.  This makes things much simpler for the couple the night of their wedding.  <a href="https://www.zola.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Zola</a> is a great site where they can register for anything from household goods to honeymoon experiences.</p>
<p>Cash gifts are always a great idea.  They can be given in advance, or put into a card box on the night of the wedding inside an envelope.  Many couples still choose to have a money dance, so make sure to save a little cash for that part of the night as well.  Cash gifts give the couple the option to help pay for the honeymoon, the wedding itself, or purchase any of their registry items that they didn&#8217;t receive.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-large wp-image-10582" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-2-How-Much-To-Give-1024x928.jpg" alt="" width="1024" height="928" srcset="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-2-How-Much-To-Give-1024x928.jpg 1024w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-2-How-Much-To-Give-300x272.jpg 300w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-2-How-Much-To-Give-768x696.jpg 768w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-2-How-Much-To-Give-1080x979.jpg 1080w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-2-How-Much-To-Give.jpg 1324w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></p>
<p>The next big question is how much should you spend on a wedding gift.  One of the best current guides is based on your relationship with the couple.  $50 is a great place to start.  You don&#8217;t want to spend beyond your means, so don&#8217;t go broke buying a wedding gift.  But, you should keep in mind that the couple is spending money to have you there.  You could look at it like a nice night out with dinner and dancing and drinks.  How much would you spend on that?  The closer your relationship with the couple is, the more you should consider giving.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-large wp-image-10584" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-3-When-To-Give-1024x900.jpg" alt="" width="1024" height="900" srcset="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-3-When-To-Give-1024x900.jpg 1024w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-3-When-To-Give-300x264.jpg 300w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-3-When-To-Give-768x675.jpg 768w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-3-When-To-Give-1080x949.jpg 1080w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Zola-Card-3-When-To-Give.jpg 1324w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></p>
<p>When should you send or give the gift?  In my opinion, as close as possible to the wedding date.  If you are attending the wedding, you should bring your gift that day or have it sent from the registry.  Some couples like to work on thank you notes right away.  They also might be anxious to buy some of their registry items.  If for some reason you can&#8217;t get their gift to them in a timely manner, contact them to let them know.  Most couples will assume you did not get a gift if you don&#8217;t have it to them before they return from their honeymoon.</p>
<p>You may be invited to an engagement party, bridal shower, or bachelorette party.  These events will usually require some sort of gift as well.  Engagement parties are usually a little more relaxed and not much is expected.  You could bring something small like a bottle of wine or liquor, some flowers, or some sort of congratulatory gift.  Bridal showers are an opportunity to purchase registry items or something for the bride specifically.  Lingerie and pampering gift cards are great options.</p>
<p>Hopefully this information will help you out next time you get invited to a wedding and aren&#8217;t sure what to buy.</p>

<p>Transportation For Your Wedding Day In Las Vegas.  One of the things I am asked most often by couples looking to get married in Las Vegas is, &#8220;How will I get from place to place on our wedding day.&#8221;  Whether you are eloping, doing a photo shoot, or having a full blown wedding, there some things to take into consideration.</p>
<p>Firstly, as a photographer, I am now allowed to transport my clients in my car unless I purchase a special rider for my car insurance.  I do not carry this additional insurance, because most times it is just not needed.  So it doesn&#8217;t make much sense for me to have it.  That means that I cannot drive any type of client around while we are working together.  This is going to be the case for most wedding vendors, including planners and officiants.</p>
<p>One of the great things about Las Vegas is that it is very tourist based.  This means that there are plenty of easy transportation solutions at your fingertips.  Planning transportation from out of town can be confusing and difficult.  That is why I wrote this article to help explain what your choices are and what works best for various locations.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-10427 aligncenter" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/las-vegas-elopement-54.jpg" alt="" width="658" height="439" srcset="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/las-vegas-elopement-54.jpg 658w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/las-vegas-elopement-54-300x200.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 658px) 100vw, 658px" /></p>
<p>The main transportation choices that you have are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Limo or driver service</li>
<li>Rental Car</li>
<li>Uber or Lyft</li>
</ul>
<p>What will work best for you depends on things like what location(s) you plan to go to and  will you be drinking or partying.</p>
<p>A limo or driver service works well for the couple that doesn&#8217;t want to be bothered with driving and for locations that are far from town.  Drivers will sit and wait, and they are usually paid by the hour.  The ride will be comfortable and they often have refreshments in the car.  You can drink alcohol if you wish as well.  If you want to drink while travelling, the limo service is the only legal option that will allow you to do this.</p>
<p>Rental cars are great if you want more freedom for the day, don&#8217;t mind driving in a different city or country, want to go on an adventure before or after photos, and if you are going to a far location.  Lots of couples enjoy renting a convertible and enjoying the desert scenery as they drive.</p>
<p>Uber and Lyft work best for inner city travel.  If you are doing pictures mainly on the strip, downtown, or within a 10 mile radius of the center of town.  Pickup is usually pretty quick and easy.  If you are going to a location far from town, such as Nelson or Valley of Fire, Uber or Lyft is not the best choice.  The drivers will not usually wait, and if they do there is a hefty price.  If your driver leaves, you will not be able to get another driver to come out and get you.  Cell phone service is bad in some of these areas, and most drivers will not come all that way to pick you up.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-10163 aligncenter" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/vegas-wedding-photograper-6-1.jpg" alt="" width="658" height="439" srcset="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/vegas-wedding-photograper-6-1.jpg 658w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/vegas-wedding-photograper-6-1-300x200.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 658px) 100vw, 658px" /> <img decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-10032 aligncenter" src="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/vegas-wedding-photograper-1-1.jpg" alt="cool las vegas elopement" width="439" height="658" srcset="https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/vegas-wedding-photograper-1-1.jpg 439w, https://jamiey.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/vegas-wedding-photograper-1-1-200x300.jpg 200w" sizes="(max-width: 439px) 100vw, 439px" /></p>
<p>Let me know if you have any questions or there was something I didn&#8217;t address.</p>

Not only do these color trends work for wedding decor and theme but also for attire such as <a href="https://www.bhldn.com/bridal-party-bridesmaid-dresses/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?hl=en&amp;q=https://www.bhldn.com/bridal-party-bridesmaid-dresses/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1515903225264000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHN1SKDdwbjslwmPosQDwtVDRe8Rw">dresses for women</a> and <a href="https://theblacktux.com/tuxedo-suit-rental" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?hl=en&amp;q=https://theblacktux.com/tuxedo-suit-rental&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1515903225264000&amp;usg=AFQjCNENEl3Qb_KgoH9t-2PZrV4vKiK2_A">tux and suits for men</a>!</p>
<p>The Black Tux actually is a tuxedo rental company that will ship directly to you.  They have a great inventory of items and definitely some great options that fit within this winter&#8217;s current color trends.</p>
<p>Las Vegas is a great destination for a winter wedding.  Temperatures are usually much higher then in other parts of the country.  If you want that snowy mountain look, Mt Charleston is less than an hour away!</p>

<p>Plum and Grey are a close second for my favorite choice.  The mixture of purples and greys together just make magic.  It has a modern look and either color can be used for dresses and the men&#8217;s accessories.  Florals are an easy find because there are</p>

<p>Olive and Black is probably my favorite of the three.  There are so many options in these shades.  The greenery alone can be incorporated in so many amazing ways.  Olive matches so many colors and it looks great on almost all skin tones.</p>

<p>Navy &amp; Marsala are a true classic.  These colors just scream fall and winter.  They are rich bold colors and have a wide variety of florals to match.</p>
<p>Thanks so much for reading.</p>
